Have a GE smooth top range that was recently fired up after sitting a few years and clock display was poor. Tried oven and no pad is dead, fused tripped in main box (house) reset breaker and burners work fine, but pad is dead completely, no broil, oven, oven light, clock...zip.
Broil and bake elements test good and proper voltage is being provided to oven at chassis connections.
Bad board?
