Model Number: 66575029100 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years I replaced the touch-sensitive control pad on my stove because for several months I was getting an error code for a bad key (E0 F2). Upon plugging the stove back in with the new key pad, I received the PF code indicating power failure, and the stove top lock-out symbol. Now the key pad seems to have no effect. None of the keys beep when I press them. Nothing at all happens when I press and hold the TOP key for 5 seconds or longer, as the manual says to do for the PF or stove top lock-out. When I re-installed my old key pad, the buttons worked again, but the old error code came back (E0 F2). I assumed the replacement key pad was defective, so I called Sears and they sent me a new one. It made no difference. The same problem remains: the PF and stove top lock-out symbol show up on the screen and there is no recognition of any key presses. Is there some other method of resetting the PF and lock-out faults? Can you help me? Thank you very much!
