My largest front burner ignition keeps clicking after the flame is on. I notice that the flame is irregular right next to the ignition especially when I put a pot on top of it. I have taken apart the pieces and have cleaned out all the holes using a pin and I have also lightly cleaned the ignition metal tip with a file But it continues to click even with the flame on. Has anyone had this issue and what is the solution?
