I have replaced the temp sensor (large probe in upper left corner). Is there a thermostat as well? If we set the oven for 350 it only comes up to around 325 and once you open the door the temp lowers and never recovers.

I do not see one in the parts.

Does the oven show that it is ready or does it stay in pre-heat?

Do both elements work?
On most units the bake and broil elements switch back and forth when in bake and in pre-heat.

No it shows that it's ready for the temp set

Both elements are heating up and getting hot.

The broil element works fine when set on broil. Is it possible the lower element is going bad?

Anything is possible but it is very unlikely.
If the element is getting red along it's length then is OK.

Sounds like a control board problem re: the unit thinks it is ready when it is not. Also when the door is opened even though the temperature drops it still thinks it is ready.

Your model number seems to be missing the last digit.
I looked up it with a 1 at the end and it looks like the control board may no longer be available.

If it was a constant low temperature then it could be that the oven temperature just needs calibrating.

Last digit is a 0

If the board is N/A I would guess a new unit is in order. Would it be worth a try to recalibrate anyway?

Can't hurt to give it a try.
Below is the operators manual in case you do not have it.
The procedure is on Page 14.
