Whirlpool double wall oven

I got home from work yesterday and the oven display was blank/off. As far as I know it was fine in the morning (i think we would have noticed if the clock was not showing). It would beep if I pushed buttons, and the light turned on if I opened the oven door. However it would not turn on to heat up.

I went downstairs and flipped the circuit breaker off and on. But it would not turn back on. The breaker immediately flips back off every time I try it turn it back on. It is a double 40A breaker. I am having an electrician come see if it is a problem with the breaker, or possibly if the oven is broken.

Are there any ideas on this one?

The breaker was replaced and I now have power. But the oven is still not working. The display is blank. Oven lights turn on when I open the doors. If I push a button, i get beeps: 1 short 1 long 3 short. What does this mean?
