Have a Samsung electric range that is less than two years old. Noticed the last few times we used it cooking times were alot longer than they should be.
Top element is working, I pulled the bottom element and checked with a OHM meter and is good. I turned on the oven and checked the wires to element and no power, then heard a click and had power, minute later another click and had power. Seems as though the relay for that element keeps cycling on and off continuously .
Does this mean the circuit board PCB has to be replaced or is something else causing this?
Thanks guys
