Hi

My wife dropped an Olive Oil bottle on our Slide in Glass top Electric range, and put a huge crack in the ceramic top.

I ordered the new part and I am expecting to get it this Wednesday. I have searched the internet and cant seem to find directions that pertain to our appliance, as how to remove the top.

I was hoping someone here could assist me in how to get the glass top off. I figure if I can get it off, putting the new one back will be the same just in reverse.

I am pretty handy, but would like some direction so I am not going in blind.

I am not sure the following will apply but may be useful to yo, just in case the above is not applicable.
There are also other manuals available on the site.
