My lower heating element burned out. I have replaced it, but it does not heat up. Is there a possible internal fuse/curcuit that needs to be replaced?

I do not think there is a such fuse. Pull the range out of the wall, remove the rear panel and check all wires. Remove the wires from the heating element and check for 240 VAC between them while the control calls for Bake. If there is no proper voltage then replace the control board. It has to be replaced together with the faceplate because it's glued to the control board. - The control board Part number: AP2632973

Thanks Gene.
My search for a Control Board for GE JBP80W0F1WW brings up a different part#AP3187553. Can you confirm that's correct? And if so, it looks like I do not need to order the faceplate either. Is that correct? Thanks Again

The model number you posted in your first post is different with the model number you posted later. Such inaccuracy caused the different part numbers. For the last model number JBP80WF1WW the control board Part number: AP3187553
