I am trying to replace the Igniter switches on a Maytag mgr6772bdw stove. The screws on the burners are frozen I have broken 2 so far. I have tried wd-40, PB blast, knock her loose. You can’t get this done without removing the burners. Can anyone suggest how to get the little screws loose to remove the burners?
How about heating the screws with a torch. Turning the gas off first of course. Has that ever worked for anyone?
