Experienced a spike in electricity from a neighborhood transformer that caused the clock timer control board to burn out. After replacing this ($$) part, have thrown the breaker back on and the only working part on the oven is the lightbulb!
My question is; what additional part should I investigate next?

Any additional help would be appreciated

Looks like the oven lamps work off of L2 to Neutral.
The control board etc work of of L1 to Neutral so I would start by checking the power, perhaps you have lost the L1 side of the line.
The below is for a range and if your unit is hard wired then there will not be a wall receptacle so the checks will be a littke different.

Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
Check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Do this with the heater off and on.
[COLOR="Red"]Be careful as 240 volts is lethal !!![/COLOR]

Thank you!
Pulled the breaker and worked my way back through the wiring as you had suggested. Problem was on the L1 side as you had thought. Thank you my friend, oven works fine due to your expertise.
