Yesterday...
Top oven suddenly quit heating. Attempt to preheat lower oven gave code F3-2. Hour later, both ovens started working again.

Today...
Top oven suddenly quit heating again, and now neither oven will heat, and there are no codes shown.

Sounds like the control board is shot.
You will probably also need clock 0overlay as it is peel and stick and is usualy ruined when you try to remove it.

I am assuming that the stove top elements all work OK.

Yes...the surface burners are working just fine.
