Hello,

My room mate is out of town and last night I opened our oven and the handle came off on one side. I heard a screw fall into the door and the other still remains there. It appears to be in fine condition, not sure if the handle just came loose or is stripped internally. I have not been able to figure out how to remove the trim the handle is attached through to attempt a repair. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry but I cannot find any info on the given model number.
Tried here and the Whirlpool site.
Please check it.

You may have to remove the door from the unit.
Info on how to do this should be in the operators manual.
Then you have to disassemble the door.
Place it on a counter or table with the handle sticking out past the edge so the door lays flat an a towel or blanket.
Take pictures or mak notes as there may be a number of pieces that have to come off.
