On my Viking Gas cooktop, all four gas knobs suddenly froze. Would not budge. I used a channel pliers to force one to move, and the TWO right burners became operational. I tried on the other side, got one to move. It clicks but no gas flow. I had to force the other on the left side. Same results. So, now two work fine and two click, but no flame. Riddle me that Batman!!

Kerry, a few years late here, but I have a sticking valve too, and similar ignitor problems on that burner...

I'm here looking for answers, maybe if I bump this someone will respond.

I had to order new knobs. Be sure to get the right Part number. My repairman ordered the wrong ones first, so was without two burners for weeks.
Good luck.
