Display faded to nothing, both ovens work, beep notifications work. Can I repair this. What is needed?

Probably a control board problem(item 3 in section 06)
Looks like it is no longer available.
There are places out there that will repair obsolete control boards just Google "appliance timer repair"

Also you may be able ro repair it yourself take a look at the following.
