I bought a new bake element to replace one that burned out. The new element has screw terminals to connect to the two wires coming out of the oven. The oven wires have connectors for 90 degree spade terminals. Is there an easy fix to adapt the different connector styles or do I have to find a bake element with matching connectors?

I am not sure why the terminals do not match.
Double check that this is the correct replacement element for this model.

If yes then you will have to change the connectors on the wires.
Be sure to get connectors the will handle the amperage.

Also make sure that the distance outside the back of the element with the connectors is the same as the old element otherwise the element could short out when you re-install tha back cover plate.
