radiant cooktop unit-on indicator light stays on
Model Number: JP350B0C1BB Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a GE radiant cooktop which is about 1 year and 8 months old. I noticed this afternoon that the unit-on indicator light was on,but the burners were off and had been off since yesterday evening. I can use the burners like normal, they cool down as usual and the hot surface lights go out when the burners are cool enough. But the unit-on indicator light stays on. Could someone tell what is wrong, if it is dangerous, what parts I may need and where I would be able to find these parts. Thank you for your help.
