When the oven is in the bake position, the oven will show a cooking temperature however it is not cooking at that temp. The bake heating element glows and seems to be working however the temp is way off--too cool. When the temp setting is raised to 400 from 350, it immediately displays the 400 temp rather than sounding an alarm when the new temp has been reached. When switched to broil the upper element gets hot.
