This range was delivered 10 days ago. I have two problems. The oven racks do not seem to fit properly. They scrape the sides of the oven, especially after they are hot (when the oven is being used).
The digital clock would only display 3:19 no matter what time it was. I did call for service and they told me on the phone that the range had a factory defect. When the repairman came to replace the part, he told me that the range had already had this part replaced. I thought I was buying a new stove, not one from the scatch and dent outlet. I have emailed customer service twice and no one ever gets back to me.
Can anyone suggest who to call or write to. The range is under warranty.
