tan in back of frigidaire cooktop stove shows #316424187 as a model number. Gas range.
Door shuts all the way except what normally pulls it in the final 3/4 inch or so.
I have read posts on this problem. Is there a way to tell if the receiver is the problem or the hinge?

The given model number comes up as a part not a model number.
Please check it.

Remove the door and re-install it.
the operators manual should tell you how to do this.

The number showing on the back is the only one I can find. Any suggestions on where to look elsewhere? The paperwork is still in a bag on the back of the stove, but no numbers at all listed on the 2 page manual or wiring schematic.
The range in in a bad place to remove the door right now, I will try to do it a little later today. Thank you for the response. Gary
