After running the self clean cycle on our KitchenAid Superba KERC507HBT0 oven, the oven would not heat. I traced that problem to the thermal fuse, replaced it, and that fixed the "would not heat" problem. The problem that I am having now is that the temperature will not regulate. I checked the ohm reading on the oven temperature sensor and it is running about 1085 ohms, so that sounds about right. What else should I check as the source of this high heat?

Here are your parts
Parts for Whirlpool KERC507HBT0 Range - AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

The problem is likely on the control board.
This part is obsolete.

Could be the electronics that control the element relays are bad or that one of the relays contacts are shorted (welded together).

You could check for a shorted relay contacts by unplugging the unit and measuring across them. Use your most sensitive meter scale. Also short the meter leads together before starting so you know where true zero is.
As an example L1 to P5-1 on the board will check the outer broil relay contacts.

If it is welded contacts then replacing the relay should fix the problem.
Finding the relay may be difficult.

If the relays are OK then it is probab;ly the electronics.
There are companies out there that repair obsolete boards just Google "appliance timer repair"
