My property manager at my vacation condo told me the "control knob of the range is broken and the nut is also missing". Attached is a picture of the problem he sent. Any idea what part(s) I may need.

Thanks for any input!

Here are your parts
Parts for Frigidaire PLES399ECH Range - AppliancePartsPros.com

Take a look in section 3.

Hard to tell from the picture if the metal insert is still on the control shaft.
If yes then it has to be removed.
If you click on the knobs description/picture you will get a different view of it and will see the insert.

Thanks.

He is talking about a broken thread and missing nut. Is there a separate "control mount", or do you thing the entire control board is broken?

I cannot see anything missing from the picture he sent.

So am doing some guessing here.

Sounds like you need a new control either a 54 or 54A in section 03 depending on the element it is controlling.
I think the thread he is talking about are the threads on the potentiometer and it is not replaceable as a separate item.

Then a new knob and a nut (item 55).
