We had a local power outage and when power was restored the oven would not work. Only the oven light would work. Breakers at panel are on.

I am assuming that there are no signs of life on the control board.
Unfortunately this sounds like the board is shot as it uses the same side of the line as the oven light (L1 to Neutral) (Black to White).

I would still do the following
Have you tried flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times.
This may reset the board but is a long shot.

If the above does nothing you will have to confirm that you have the correct voltage at the board.
If yes then I would replace the board.

Depending on the condition of the unit and replacement cost, it may make more sense to buy a new unit.
