Oven was baking and suddenly there were sparks and smoke inside. We turned it off and found the bake element was cracked and broken.
Ordered new part (#316415900) and replaced, when testing we found both bake and broil element not heating up. The control panel is showing that oven is 'on' and 'preheat' is on, convection fan is also on.
Can any experts help me and tell me what could be wrong?
Could there be fuse somewhere that needs attention?
