Model Number: RB787GY3BB Brand: Hotpoint Age: 5 - 10 years
The control board fried on this unit and the Broil terminal at the board appears to be the area it melted down. I have ordered a board(#AP2025191) from AppliancePartsPros and wanted to know what could cause this. The board is not cheap and I do not want to burn it up if it is another part causing the melt down. I attached a picture. Any help would be appreciated.
