Recently, we noticed the heating element at the back of the oven was on (glowing hot) even after the oven was turned off. We reset the circuit breaker (main) but the element just came back on. There are no visible burnt wires.

Initially, we assumed a relay was bad in the unit control board since the circuit appeared stuck in the closed position. So we purchased (from appliancepartspros) and installed a new control board. Unfortunately, the convection heating element came back on when we tested the oven in "Convection Bake" mode...and again will not shut off unless we cut power to the oven at the circuit breaker. What is our next step to repair this oven?
