Bottom element not working. Tested and shows 20 ohms. From other posts looks like control panel. Is this an easy repair, and does anyone know part numbers?

Thanks,

The repair should not be too difficult.
Unfortunately your unit does not come up at the AppliancePartsPros website so you will have to call them for the correct part.

Here is the wiring diagram.

You will notice that there is a relay in the bake and convection element circuit, just to the right and below the DLB relay.
it selects which element should be used.
I would check this before ordering a board.
With the oven unplugged the NC (normally closed) contacts should be 0 ohms (BL-9 to Y-9). i believe these are blue to yellow.

The DLB relay also controls the broil element so is OK.

I checked the relay and it is good.Would that leave only replacing the board? Is it possibly the oven clock timer if it is even a separate part?

Yes.
The problem is that I cannot find parts info on the model number you gave so you will have to call the parts people.
The board is not available for other units in this series so may not be able to get a replacement.

The timer and control board are one part.
