Trying to get to the controller for one of the range elements on this old GE space maker oven. It is a double oven configuration with a tope and bottom oven. Model number J HP56N 0K1AD.

I can't figure out how to remove the control panel so that I can get to the switch controller behind the knob. I see two screws on the panel. One on the bottom that is easy to remove and one on the top that is not easy to remove because of its position.

There are also two screws in the oven behind a shield. Not sure if those have anything to do with the control panel.

Can anyone help?
