Please help! My oven screen went blank and I get a series of beeps when I press some buttons. I think there are a few quick beeps followed by a longer beep. After reading about these symptoms, I believe that I need to replace the control board.

When I attempted to take out the board, I could not unplug two connectors. (see attached image) After getting frustrated and bloody knuckles, I called it off and decided to ask the forum. What is the secret for getting these two connectors out???
