Convection oven not heating correctly. Fan works, oven heats but does not cook as convection should. Cooked ducks in a friends convection oven and took about 40 minutes @ 350. Tried it in my GE 916 and it 2 hours @ 400 and did not crisp the duck skin. Any ideas. Thanks
