I have a GE Double Oven (pgb995det2ww). The top oven and range works well. The lower oven does not turn on. The display just says 100F and the heating element does not turn on.

I am assuming it may be the ignitor, but where is it, how do I get to it, and how do I test it before replacing it?

Is there anything else that can be wrong?

Thanks,
Isaac
