My oven stopped one day while making Christmas cookies. After reading several posts I replaced the ignitor and at first it did not fix the problem. I took it out and put it in back in, disconnected the two wire connectors and reconnected them, and then it finally kicked on. It worked fine for about a day and then stopped again. I have tried taking it out and disconnecting it several times with no resolve. I'm wondering if there is another part that could be contributing to this issue considering the ignitor is only a week or so old. The stove top works fine, its just the oven part.
