Kenmore gas owen bake wont work

Model Number: 79075663201 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years

I Have Kenmore gas owen and bake dothom burner hase litle flame.I replace /dual sefty valve/ still same problem Whan I tap this walve flame will com if I tap agen flame will end,tap agen flame comeback.Ignaitor is on and hot all the time

please help

I replace lighting element and solve problem.Om reding was 185 and shuld be 120-125!
