I have a 5 burner GE cooktop. It constantly clicks from the top left burner whenever it is plugged in - regardless of whether the burners are on/off.

So far I have replaced all of the following:

  • Spark Assembly Switch
  • Burner Wire Harness
  • Spark Module
  • All four Top Burner Igniter WB13K10014 (AP3779012)
I quickly connected the Igniters to the wire harness before reassembling the maintop -- just to test the cooktop. Success!!!! No clicking.

Then I reinstalled the maintop, attached the igniters, and plugged the unit back in. It started clicking again.:mad:

Can anyone recommend anything else to try? I'm at a loss at this point.
