The temperature probe and alarm used to measure internal meat temperature isn't working. I'm not sure if it is the probe, jack that probe inserts into, or alarm controller.

As soon as probe is plugged in, alarm sounds regardless of temperature setpoint.

Probe ohms out at less than 1 ohm using ohm meter to test plug end of probe (looks like large headphone plug).

Any ideas?
