Have a Superba double oven. The top oven stopped working. No error codes or anything. Just no heat. Tried regular, broil and convection. Fan kicks on in convection mode.

Pulled the oven out and tested the round fuse on the back - the one that blows in cleaning mode. It is good.

Now what????

Here are your parts
Parts for Whirlpool KEBC207KWH03 Wall Oven - AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for your tech sheet.

If the unit stays in preheat then odds are that the control board is shot.
I would check that the common wire that goes from the control board to all 3 elements is OK.
When you checked the thermal fuse did you disconnect at least one side of it? This ensures that you do not read an alternate/parallel circuit path.
Also use the most sensitive meter scale on your meter so you can see that it is actually zero ohms.

It could be that the DLB relay's contacts or the electronics that control the relay are bad.

If the unit shows that it is ready then it could be an oven sensor problem or again a control board problem.

I pulled the front off. There is a component that had pulled partially off and burned off a wire. I need a new control board. Where can I get the right one?
