I replaced the oven control board, checked the elements with a meter, by passed the fuses several times. I cannot get this oven to heat one bit.
I thought for sure the oven control board replacement would do it but no dice.
I also switched the wires from bake and broil and bypassed the thermal fuse and still nothing. I have full power to the oven and all the fans and control seem to function normally.
Any suggestions or ideas on what I missed appreciated.

Here are your parts

See the attachment for the wiring diagram, just in case you do not have it.

Does the oven show that it is ready or does it stay in preheat?
If it shows ready then it could be an oven sensor problem. the sensor should measure about 1,100 ohms at room temperature?

Have you checked the wiring with a meter re: the common wires to the elements.

How do you know that you have full power?
Did you measure it with a meter?

the oven stays in preheat mode in every mode, on self clean it cycles itself between the broiler and bake elements all without any heat. I had my electrician check the line to the oven, he would not test anything on the appliance for me. I tried testing the relay part#3214626 but not sure i was doing it right, however the fan is hooked to this and is functioning. Would the probe cause both elements not to work if it was bad?
