Hi! I ran the self cleaning cycle and now both elements are not heating in my Whirlpool electric drop in model#RS675PXEQ2. Looking at the posts that had a similar problem it appears it could be the thermal overload. According to the diagram it's at the back of the oven, but it's not in plain view as it appears on the diagram. Will I have to pull the oven out to get it or is there an easier way?

Yes you will have to pull the oven to access the thermal overload.

Have you tried turning the breaker off/on. Sometimes you can loose half the line voltage without actually tripping the breaker.
