New Spark Ignition Module, New Simmer Control Module, New Potentiometers, (1) New Solenoid (almost $500 in parts) and I still have problems !

I turn on the front XLO burner it sparks but will not light up unless I turn on back XLO burner too. After I do this and front burner lights I go to turn off the rear burner and it starts sparking and won't stop sparking until I either turn off the front burner or unplug the cooktop from the outlet ! The XLO feature will not work unless I have both XLO burners lit at the same time ? The front burner not lighting unless back also happens with the other 4 burners as well ! If front #3 burner is lit the rear #4 sparks continuously ? Same for #5 & #6 burners.

HELP PLEASE , I'm at my wits end here .... :mad:
