When set to bake at 350, the oven heats up but does not bake correctly for the time prescribed by recipie. If you want to bake at 350, you have to set the temp control to 360-365 in order to bake and then what you are baking tends to burn on the bottom and not bake good on the top. If you are baking at 400, the oven tends to bake ok depending on what you are baking. Could this be a faulty oven control board and if so, is it easy enough for a diyer to replace on this gas oven? Thanks for your answer.

You might wanna check the filters, because sometimes it happens that the gas leaks and it comes in contact with the atmosphere which ultimately ruins the process of cooking. Have a look.
