Hi:

My Mom's oven door remained locked after a cleaning cycle and a repairman managed to "unlock" the oven door. The "repair" has left the oven door unable to completely close due to the fact that a gap remains between the oven door and the oven proper due to the door latch not being fully retracted. Does this oven have a motor or solenoid that has likely gone bad, which controls the latch? If so, is a replacement part available?
