When turning on stove top - Igniter lights, but takes forever to produce a flame. One can light it with match, and each burner works find afterward. Always a problem, when range is first turned on. Took entire range apart, and cleaned everything, including gas port on each burner. Once one burner comes on, flame might be low at first, then immediately excels shortly after. Please advise? When entire stove top was apart, each burner has a center high flame.

First off test your gas pressure going to your stove it may be very low or not adequate enough anymore for some reason. You might have a regulator problem from what your explaining. Make sure the orfice's are clean very good. Also try and clean all the burner caps and burner heads very good. If the burner heads are not in good condition or the caps aren't sitting on the heads properly you will have this problem also. You also may not be getting a good spark because of the heads being dirty or a weak ignition from a bad spark module or ignitor wire or ignitor itself. Go to youtube and watch a couple video's that will help you narrow it down. Good luck
