there is not a model number on the stove. it is a whirlpool electric glass top range 465. the large burner on the left does not heat up and would like to replace the part. please advise

is it a flattop cook top or is it the round coil type element?

Here's a helpful video to troubleshoot your problem but you're going to have a heck of a time finding your parts without a model number. Check behind the bottom drawer in your unit or inside the door jams or on the back of the unit.....

Maybe the model number is RF378PXQO or RF378PXGQ. The last two digits are very hard to read.
