Just purchased new electronic control panel from this website. Installed and reconnected, but continually get F5 and F2 E1 trouble codes. F5 is door lock, ribbon wiring reconnected and tight; other code is for loose key pad wiring or bad key pad. Wht's next?
Thank you for your help
Regards, DonS.

Did you just get done using the self cleaning feature? This happens sometimes after you use it.............F5 means your door latch switch/mechanism is bad.......replace the door lock switch in the rear of the unit or check the connections and make sure its good........check to see when you plug the unit in and make sure the rod going towards the front is connected and the motor...if the motor continually turns in circles and never stops and has 120v going to it it's a bad door lock assembly......every range does that when it starts that has this feature and you cannot bake or do anything at all till that door lock startup feature complete it's circuit. F2 is a keypad issue make sure all your connections are good and clean. An F1E1 code is a bad control board in most cases so if you know for a fact your control board was brand new and is in good condition i'd inspect all your wiring harness connections and harness for burn marks....after that replace the door lock switch assembly in rear of the unit.........Good luck
