Question Maytag Gemini elements don't work
Brand: Maytag   Age: 1 - 5 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com
Maytag Gemini Double oven. Had a small fire in lower oven and then those elements stopped working. Three weeks later had a small fire (melted cheese) in the top oven and now those elements won't work. Anyone know a fix before I go spend a fortune on a repair man?

A Model Number may help other help you.

Often ovens have a thermal cut-off depending on the size of the fire this may be open.

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for MAYTAG MER6755AAB | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is a tech sheet and manual

I only see one thermal cutout and that is for the upper oven's broil element so that should not kill all elements.

I am assuming that the stove top elements all run OK, if not you may have a power problem.
Try turning the breaker off/on slowly a couple times.

Try to run the diagnostics perhaps that will help narrow it down.
