A model number may help others help you.

Sounds like you have an electrical problem.
I am assuming this is an electrical stove.
The lights and control board run off of half the line (120 volts) but the elements require the full 240. On most units the oven and stove top elements are connected independently so when they all go out it is usually a power problem.

Try shutting the breaker off and then back on.
If this dowes nothing you will have to check the power at the wall receptacle for 240 volts.
If that is OK then check the power at the terminal strip in the unit.
