I was using all 4 burners and the cooktop just stopped working. I have checked the circuit breaker and have power to the controls. The on light, hot lights and fan control works the burners will not heat. Do you know what my problem would be that would make all burners not work. I don't see anything on the parts list that would fix my problem. Thank you for your help.

Did you actually turn the breaker off and then back on? Sometimes you can loose half the line without actu8ally tripping the breaker.

Did you actually check that the unit is getting 240 volts with a meter?
The lights and fan run off of 120 volts (half the line) but the elements require the full 240 volts.
