The igniter on one of the burners clicks constantly. I need to unplug the unit for it to stop. Is it the switch, harness, module...? How do I get to it?

to gain access to the switches and spark module.
take burner caps off.
there will be two screws in each burner base. these may be torx head screws. remove them.
take knobs off.
you can then lift up top.
there is a switch harness at the knobs and the spark module is mounted inside on the bottom.
you will need an ohm meter to check switch harness.
with all switches in off position, unplug harness and insert one lead into each wire of the harness. you should get no reading. if you get any ohm reading, the switch harness is bad. if not the spark module is bad.

part no. for switch harness is wb18t10387. sugg retail 77.00
part no. for spark module is wb13t10046. sugg retail 33.00
