I have PLCF489ACB range and the bake element(rightside) will not heat. Everything else seems to work ok on the right Pulled wires on the element checked ohms not open or shorted reconnected Checked voltage and found no voltage to element, when programmed for bake cycle, think it is the control board but did not know if high temp overload (did not check) could cause this problem. I would think if overload was bad nothing would work and get error code? Thanks for any help :)

Here are your parts
Parts for Frigidaire PLCF489ACB Range - AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is the wiring diagram

The right side bake element is not fused so odds are that it is the control board. I would check that the wires to the element are OK.

Unfortunately the control board is obsolete.

You could try searching the net to see if you can find one.

You could try replacing the bake element control relay but there is no guarantee that the relay is the problem as it could be the control electronics.

There are also companies that repair old control boards, just Google Appliance Timer repair.
