Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

built in oven whirlpool approx 12 years old, lower element burnt out, unscrewed plate in back to release it to replace, but one of the wires fell back inside of small hole in back, any suggestions, cannot feel it as hole in back of oven is about the size of nickel, and can't find it to fish it out.

If you cannot fish it out then your only choice is to remove the oven from the wall/counter.

Your model number is short a couple digits, the following is for a PDB1.
They may be helpful uninstalling the unit.
