Model Number: rbs305pdb16 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
I just replaced a bad control board in my oven. Throughout my research when troubleshooting, I recall seeing a thread requiring new control boards to be calibrated to the size of the oven. I cannot seem to relocate that thread.
The replacement control board part number is AP3851248. Can someone tell me if I have to configure this new board and if so, what are the steps. Thanks in advance. By the way, oven is working with the new board. Ads By Google Related Models |

I believe the new board comes programmed for 30" cavity size and you do not have to do anything.
You can find the programming instructions in the Tech sheet. Gene.
